Help bring Joyful Noise

  • the joy of SINGING,
  • the thrill of PERFORMING,
  • the camaraderie of PARTICIPATION,
  • and growth through ENRICHMENT.

Joyful Noise operates with minimal expenses, but funds received from grants and program fees fall short of covering yearly program costs.

This year, Joyful Noise members have an unprecedented opportunity to further our Mission to Inspire: Harvard University has initiated the Joyful Noise and Alice Parker Residency!

Joyful Noise will join renowned song leader Alice Parker, the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum, and the Brattle Street Chamber Players in concert at Harvard's prestigous Sanders Theatre. The Harvard Department of Music symposium Singing, the Brain and the Human Experience will feature Joyful Noise, musicians, disability advocates, and researchers from Harvard Medical School.

Members are excited about this chance to travel together, to sing with Alice Parker and our new Harvard friends, and to inspire conductors to create similar choruses for others with disabilities. For Joyful Noise's singers, this will be an experience of a lifetime!

To take this three-day trip, we must raise funds for travel expenses and direct care staff, at a total cost of over $30,000. Your support in any amount will be deep appreciated!
